Portsmouth Aikido is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit dojo dedicated the traditional Japanese martial art of aikido for children and adults. Our practice is based on aiki, the principle of balancing opposing forces in harmony. Instead of meeting violence with reciprocal violence, the aikidoka (practitioner) learns to neutralize and redirect attacks, safely resolving the conflict.
